What’s the difference between 3-season and 4-season tents?
3-season tents are designed for spring through fall, offering ventilation and rain protection. Our 4-season tents feature stronger frames, less mesh, and steeper walls to handle snow loads and winter winds. The 3-4 season convertible tents offer versatility for changing conditions.

All orders ship from our Manchester, US headquarters at 1164 Middle Turnpike West. Processing takes 1-2 business days, then:
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch ($12.95 flat rate)
- Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 days after dispatch (orders over $50)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some Asian regions and remote areas due to delivery restrictions. International customers should note:
- Customs documentation is included
- Recipients are responsible for duties/taxes
- Tracking is provided at major transit points
- Delivery estimates exclude potential customs delays
